Abstract
The materials in the President's Executive Board records, 1913-1985, are arranged chronologically and are titled with the name used during the time period. A mix of correspondence and meeting minutes, the bulk of the collection are the approved minutes of meetings held with the University President and his advisors: Vice President for Instruction, Vice President for Student Affairs, etc.

Abstract
Dr. Ronald W. Collins was Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Eastern Michigan University, as well as a professor of chemistry with a specialty in inorganic chemistry. In 1967 Dr. Collins became a professor at EMU, was appointed head of the Chemistry Department in 1977, and was promoted to Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs in 1980.
